PURPOSE
In this introductory DataStage Server course learn how to create data warehousing applications requiring not only the use of standard stages but also custombuilt objects. Gain handson experience by building a network of jobs to load a simple star schema data warehouse. Also explore topics including DataStage standards adding performanceenhancing stages to jobs using the new Intelligent Assistants and tips and tricks. This course does not cover installation or engine tuning these topics are offered in a separate course.
