Taking the ISTQB Foundation Certificate syllabus in Software Testing as its basis, the certificate and course build directly on key aspects of management:

  • To extend understanding of software test management – its practical application and key components – and to enhance awareness of issues and constraints regarding software test management.
  • To prepare candidates for the examination for the Advanced ISTQB Certificate for Test Managers;
  • To extend understanding of Test Planning, Monitoring and Control
  • To enhance comprehension of metrics & analysis including traceability issues
  • To introduce risk and constraint based testing
  • To successfully partake, manage and measure Review processes
  • To enhance understanding of Defect Lifecycle issues
  • To understand lessons-learned and test process improving practices
  • To learn how to manage Automation tools effectively
  • Better understanding of people skills needed to compose successful testing teams 

קהל היעד

  • 2 years’ experience in Test Management (any kind of, such as: Test Methodology or Test Process Improvement roles).
  • Basic diploma of Foundation level
  • To be able to obtain an Advanced Level certification, candidates must hold the Foundation Level certificate. You need to prove evidence for at least 18 months of practical experience within the software testing field.
