This course introduces the student to the concept of the Internet Protocol and the suite of associated protocols. Through a series of modules and exercises, the student will gain knowledge in TCP/IP suite of protocols, basic switch and router operation, Basic networking configuration for Linux and Windows operating systems and examining network traffic using wireshark and tcpdump.
